Bloomberg Law: Three Firms Help Serve Up Griddle Maker Blackstone’s SPAC Deal

O’Melveny advised Utah-based Blackstone Products on its go-public merger with Ackrell SPAC Partners I Co. The outdoor griddle, appliance, and accessory maker will be renamed Blackstone Products Inc. and expects the US$900 million deal to close in the second quarter of 2022.
