O’Melveny announced that partner Katrina Robson led a pro bono team that helped achieve a landmark victory on behalf of Pennsylvania’s underfunded school districts and disadvantaged schoolchildren. Last week, Commonwealth Court Judge Renee Cohn Jubelirer ruled that Pennsylvania’s public school funding model violates the constitutional rights of students in the state, concluding that schools are not equitably financed by the state.
