Dragonfly Energy Corp., an energy provider and deep cycle lithium-ion storage battery producer, and special purpose acquisition company Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. announced a definitive agreement to make Dragonfly a publicly listed company. The business combination will result in the company being renamed Dragonfly Energy. The company is expected to be listed on the NASDAQ. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal counsel to Dragonfly.
