The Portland Trail Blazers launched an investigation into their president of basketball operations and general manager Neil Olshey for alleged workplace environment misconduct. The team hired O’Melveny to lead the investigation and interviews of employees have already begun. “The firm is expected to present its findings to Trail Blazer’s Owner Jody Allen in the near future, and a final decision regarding Olshey’s future with the franchise will be made at that point.” Claims against Olshey include creating a hostile work environment where employees felt bullied.
