D CEO: Timothy S. Durst Named to 2022 Edition of the Dallas 500

O’Melveny partner Timothy S. Durst has been named to the Dallas 500, D CEO’s prestigious special edition celebrating the most influential leaders in North Texas.
Durst, who joined the firm’s new Dallas office in September as part its recent expansion into Texas, is a Chambers-ranked, first-chair trial lawyer with years of courtroom experience handling complex and high-stakes disputes. He has taken to trial a wide range of cases including patent, trade secrets, contract, fraud, and fiduciary duty disputes. Leading companies in the technology, telecommunications, financial services, energy, manufacturing, consumer products, software, and food and beverage industries regularly turn to Durst to handle their most pressing litigation challenges. His work has included representing AT&T and Samsung in intellectual property cases, and Shell and Fluor in other commercial cases.
