Daily Journal: Ryan Yagura Named to Daily Journal’s 2022 “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers” List

The Daily Journal has named O’Melveny partner Ryan Yagura to its 2022 list of “Top Intellectual Property Lawyers,” which recognizes the top IP and patent litigation attorneys practicing in California. Daily Journal lauded Yagura, who serves as chair of O’Melveny’s Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, for leading Samsung’s successful defense in a US International Trade Commission investigation. The publication also highlighted Yagura’s work in a rare Federal Circuit win that transferred a Hyundai patent infringement case from West Texas to California, which, as Yagura described, “established a far-reaching precedent in the patent litigation community.” He added, “Wins are rooted in solid preparation, and that’s what we did in each of these cases.”
