Daily Journal: “Top 40 Under 40”- Daniel Suvor

August 12, 2020

The Daily Journal named Daniel Suvor, partner and co-chair of O’Melveny’s State Attorneys General Investigations and Litigation Group, to its list of California’s top 40 lawyers under the age of 40.

Prior to joining O’Melveny, Suvor worked for the Obama White House and for then-California Attorney General Kamala Harris. In his current role, Suvor advises clients involved in state governments’ investigations. His broader practice encompasses products liability, healthcare, environmental, technology, financial services, and white collar matters that potentially involve government agencies, the publication noted.

Daily Journal highlighted Suvor’s representation of LendingClub Corp., a peer-to-peer online loan platform, in which he negotiated a favorable settlement with the attorney general of Massachusetts over questions regarding possible violations of the state’s Small Loan Statue.
