Dallas Business Journal: Harwood No. 14 Snags Substantial Lease From Law Firm O’Melveny

O’Melveny & Myers LLP has secured a 75,000 square foot lease in Harwood No. 14, a 27 floor tower that will be completed in 2023. The space will serve as the firm’s new Dallas office and is three times larger than its current location in Saint Ann Court.
