ESPN: Portland Trail Blazers fire GM, President of Basketball Operations Neil Olshey

The president of basketball operations and general manager for the Portland Trail Blazers, Neil Olshey, has been ousted by the team. The Blazers hired O’Melveny to conduct a workplace misconduct investigation and found that the NBA executive had violated the team’s code of conduct. “Out of respect for those who candidly participated in that privileged investigation, we will not release or discuss it,” the Trail Blazers stated. “We are confident that these changes will help build a more positive and respectful working environment.” Joe Cronin will be the team’s interim general manager.
