Ron Klain, the former chief of staff to President Joe Biden, has re-joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in its Litigation Department and will lead the firm’s Strategic Counseling and Crisis Management Practice. Klain was previously a partner at O’Melveny from 1999 to 2004 and will also sit on the firm’s Executive Committee.
