Global Competition Review (GCR) has ranked O’Melveny & Myers LLP as “Highly Recommended” in the regions of California, New York, and Washington, DC. O’Melveny’s antitrust practices across the country were recognized for their numerous achievements over the past year, which included: securing a not guilty verdict for former Pilgrim’s Pride CEO Jayson Penn against price-fixing charges, obtaining a trial win for American Airlines/US Airways in their 11-year dispute with travel company Sabre, and achieving the dismissal of collusion claims against Samsung Electronics at the Ninth Circuit.
