Former FTC litigator Peter Herrick has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in New York. Herrick, who started his career at O’Melveny as an associate and then counsel, will handle complex transactions and merger litigation. O’Melveny chair Bradley Butwin said Herrick’s “strong private practice experience and impressive FTC credentials” make him an “ideal fit” for its competition practice.
