O’Melveny represented Beauty Farm Medical and Health Industry Inc. (2373.HK), China’s leading cosmetic chain operator, in its initial public offering and listing of its shares on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The IPO offering size was approximately HK$783 million (approximately US$100 million), prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.
