O’Melveny represented Halo.Car, the leading provider of driverless electric carshare, in a US$5 million seed funding round led by climate tech fund At One Ventures. The transaction was announced on October 4. Additional investors include T-Mobile Ventures, Earthshot Ventures, and existing investor Boost VC. The O’Melveny team advising Halo.Car was led by partner and Silicon Valley Office Head Paul Sieben and included associates AJ Talt and Thasos Athens.
