O’Melveny represented ABCI Capital Limited as sole sponsor, joint global coordinators including China International Capital Corporation Hong Kong Securities Limited and other underwriters in the initial public offering and listing of the H shares of Lushang Life Services Co., Ltd (2376.HK) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Lushang Life Services is a comprehensive property management service provider, with a market leading position in Shandong Province.
