Global Legal Chronicle: RemeGen’s A-share IPO and Listing on SSE STAR Market

O’Melveny represented RemeGen Co., Ltd. as its Hong Kong legal advisor in its A-share listing on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The A-share listing was completed on March 31, 2022. RemeGen raised approximately RMB2.6 billion from the transaction. The O’Melveny team for the A-share listing of RemeGen was led by Hong Kong corporate partner Edwin Kwok, with support from Hong Kong corporate counsel Wendy Kan and associate Michelle Ye.
