Global Restructuring Review: O’Melveny Adds Gibson Dunn Partner in London

O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that it has hired Gregory Campbell as a partner in London in its Corporate Finance Practice. Campbell, who brings O’Melveny’s partner count in London to five, advises public companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds on cross-border M&A, leveraged financings, and restructuring. “Greg is the right person at the right time for O’Melveny,” said Bradley Butwin, chair of O’Melveny. “His deep experience in London and Europe will be an immediate asset to our global clients.” Campbell noted that he is “thrilled to join O’Melveny’s London office and to help expand the firm’s European depth.”
