Dragonfly Energy Corp., an industry leader in energy storage and producer of deep cycle lithium-ion storage batteries, announced that its business combination with Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp was completed on October 7, 2022. The combined company will operate under the name Dragonfly Energy Holdings Corp. and, starting today, its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol “DFLI.” O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal counsel to Dragonfly.
