ICLG: China Hair Company Concludes HKD 1.49 Billion Listing

Yonghe Medical Group, a hair treatment services provider, completed its initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and raised between HKD$1.49 billion and HKD$1.72 billion. O’Melveny partners Ke Geng and Ke Zhu co-led the O’Melveny team that provided legal advice to Yonghe Medical.
