Melissa Guidorizzi joined O’Melveny’s DC office as counsel in the firm’s fintech and financial services groups, this article reported. Guidorizzi most recently served as senior counsel for policy and strategy in the enforcement division of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and previously spent eight years as in-house counsel with Citigroup.

“[Guidorizzi’s] experience at the CFPB and in banking will be invaluable as our clients grapple with far-reaching regulatory changes in the wake of the pandemic,” financial services co-chair Pamela Miller commented.
