IFLR: IFLR Americas Awards 2023: Shortlist Revealed

IFLR has released the shortlist for its 2023 Americas Awards, which celebrate the “most innovative cross-border work from across the region, and those behind it.” O’Melveny & Myers LLP made the shortlist for both the Restructuring and Project Finance “Deals of the Year.” The firm represented the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in its historic US$120 billion restructuring, as well as a development consortium in an agreement to build, finance, and operate a new US$4.2 billion passenger terminal at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
