Infralogic: JFK Terminal 6 P3 Reaches Financial Close

The public-private partnership deal to build a new US$4.2 billion Terminal 6 at John F. Kennedy International Airport reached financial close. Financing for the project, which is being developed by JFK Millennium Partners, included about US$3 billion in loans and US$435 million in tax-exempt bonds. JFK Millennium Partners consists of Vantage Airport Group, American Triple I, RXR, and JetBlue Airways. The new terminal will be 1.2 million square feet and have 10 gates. An O’Melveny team led by partners Eric Richards, Denise Raytis, M. Elizabeth Dubeck, and John Rousakis advised JFK Millennium Partners on the deal.
