International Tax Review released its 2022 Asia-Pacific Tax Awards, which honor “all the impactful and innovative tax and transfer pricing work and accomplishments of the past year.” O’Melveny’s representation of DL Chemical in its acquisition of Kraton Corporation was recognized as an “Impact Deal of the Year.”
