JD Journal: US Law Firm O’Melveny Makes Rare London Hire with Top Gibson Dunn Finance Partner

O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that it has hired Gregory Campbell as a partner in London in its Corporate Finance Practice. Campbell, who brings O’Melveny’s partner count in London to five, advises public companies, banks, and private equity and credit funds on cross-border M&A, leveraged financings, and restructuring. The firm announced earlier this week that it also hired former White House chief of staff Ron Klain to head its Strategic Counseling and Crisis Management Practice.
