Law360: 4th Circ. Affirms Chubb Unit’s Virus Coverage Win

The Fourth Circuit affirmed US District Judge Richard D. Bennett’s April 2021 ruling against Bel Air Auto Auction Inc. in its COVID-19 coverage suit. The court determined that Judge Richard did not make an error in granting Great Northern Insurance Co. judgment after Bel Air sought coverage for the loss of use for their facilities during the pandemic.
