Law360: Allergan To Get Bulk Of US$39M Drug Patent Win Over Sandoz

Duke University and Allergan told US District Judge Raymond P. Moore how a US$39 million verdict will be split amongst them after a Colorado federal jury held that Novartis subsidiary Sandoz infringed their patent on Latisse, an eyelash growth drug.
