Law360: Biden Picks Garland To Be Next Attorney General

President-elect Biden is expected to nominate O’Melveny Data Security and Privacy Group co-chair Lisa Monaco to serve as Deputy Attorney General at the Department of Justice.
Monaco, whose name was mentioned in recent weeks as a possible pick for AG, is a former prosecutor and served as Homeland Security Adviser during the Obama administration, Law360 reported.
