Multiple property management companies in a consolidated antitrust class action asked a Tennessee federal judge to dismiss claims that they conspired with RealPage Inc. to artificially raise housing costs for student housing and multifamily residential real estate. BH Management Services LLC, which is named in the multidistrict litigation, claimed that the district where many of the complaints were filed does not have jurisdiction over the company.
