Duke University and Allergan Sales LLC are represented by Lisa B. Pensabene, Timothy S. Durst, Hassen A. Sayeed, Caitlin P. Hogan, Carolyn S. Wall, James Yi Li, and Jing Ying Zhao of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
