O’Melveny partner and co-chair of the firm’s Insurance Practice Tancred Schiavoni has been named to Law360’s 2023 Bankruptcy Editorial Advisory Board. According to the publication, the board provides feedback on Law360’s coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future coverage. Schiavoni represents insurance and reinsurance companies in a variety of disputes, including bad faith claims and environmental coverage litigation. He has represented carriers in cases in a number of states, including New Jersey, New York, and New Hampshire.
