O’Melveny & Myers LLP was featured in Law360’s April 7 edition of “Legal Lions,” which is a “weekly roundup of the top courtroom wins and boardroom deals.” On March 31, a Colorado federal jury held that Novartis subsidiary Sandoz owes Duke University and Allergan US$39 million for infringing their patent on Latisse, an eyelash growth drug.
