Reorg Research Inc., a financial and legal intelligence data provider backed by Permira, has agreed to acquire FinDox, a California-based document, compliance, and data management provider. The terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in December 2022, were not disclosed. O’Melveny & Myers LLP provided legal counsel to FinDox.
