O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that it has hired Robert Wann Jr. as a partner in New York in its Corporate Finance Practice Group. Wann, who joined from Baker Botts, advises clients on financing transactions, bonds, syndicated loans, club loans, tender offers, exchange offers, and cross-border transactions. “At the end of the day, you want to work with a team you enjoy working with and that you can be in the trenches with and have the same sophisticated practice that you'd expect,” Wann said. “And that’s what O’Melveny offered me.
