O’Melveny & Myers LLP has added an attorney to its Dallas office with experience in the energy sector advising oil and gas companies, the firm announced Monday. Ryan Sears has been named a partner in the firm’s project development and real estate practice group and energy industry group. He previously led the energy transactions practice and energy industry team at Gray Reed & McGraw in Dallas.
