O’Melveny & Myers LLP announced that antitrust litigator Peter Herrick has joined the firm as a partner in New York. Herrick, who previously worked as a senior trial attorney for the Federal Trade Commission, held associate and counsel roles at O’Melveny. “When O’Melveny reached out about returning, it was such a unique opportunity to come back to a phenomenal firm that it was hard to pass up,” Herrick said.
