Bradley N. Garcia, President Biden’s latest nominee to the DC Circuit Court of Appeals, would be the first Latino on the court if confirmed by the Senate. The 35-year-old, who currently serves as a deputy assistant attorney general in the DOJ’s Office of Legal Counsel, was previously a partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP where he focused on appellate law and complex litigation. “He is a terrific lawyer and terrific person, and he will be a terrific appellate judge,” said Jonathan Hacker, who chairs O’Melveny’s Supreme Court and Appellate Litigation Practice. “Brad’s modesty and good humor mask the razor-sharp intellect that made him such a successful advocate.” O’Melveny chair Bradley J.
