Law360: Over 160 Firms Receive Mansfield 5.0 Diversity Certification

Diversity Lab released its list of law firms that have achieved Mansfield 5.0 Certification, which is awarded to firms that affirmatively consider at least 30 percent women, LGBTQ+, disabled, and racial and ethnic minority lawyers, for leadership and governance roles, equity partner promotions, formal client pitch opportunities, and senior lateral positions. O’Melveny & Myers LLP is one of 165 firms that were recognized in Diversity Lab’s fifth certification round. Mansfield Certification is open to all firms with over 150 attorneys.
