Counsel for a plaintiff in one of 11 lawsuits brought against RealPage Inc. argued that there is “no precedent” for appointing interim class leadership when other cases are still pending in different jurisdictions. The suits claim that RealPage conspired with property management companies to artificially raise housing costs for student housing and multifamily residential real estate.
