Law360 released its 2022 list of Social Impact Leaders, which “assesses law firms’ social impact efforts across five pillars: racial and ethnic diversity, gender equality, employee engagement, pro bono service and responsible business practices.” Among firms with 601+ attorneys, O’Melveny & Myers LLP ranked #15 overall, #14 in Racial/Ethnic Diversity, #34 in Gender Equality, #15 in Employee Engagement, #9 in Pro Bono, and #30 in Responsible Business.
