O’Melveny and Tian Yuan Law Firm have advised on the US$192 million Hong Kong IPO of hair care health specialist Yonghe Medical Group Co. Ltd. O’Melveny advised Yonghe Medical on Hong Kong and US law. Its team was led by partners Ke Geng and Ke Zhu. Tian Yuan advised the issuer on Chinese law and Campbells advised on Cayman Islands law.
