Mergermarket: Biolog-id to be Taken Public via Merger with Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp.

Biolog-id, a French digital health solution provider, announced that Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, has agreed to take it public via a merger. The transaction values Biolog-id at US$312 million. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal advisor to Genesis Growth Tech Acquisition Corp.
