Energy supplier and battery producer Dragonfly Energy Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement with special purpose acquisition company NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. to become a publicly listed company. Upon closing, the company will be named Dragonfly Energy and listed on the NASDAQ. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal counsel to Dragonfly.
