Mergermarket: Infinite Reality to Acquire ReKTGlobal in USD 470M All-Stock Deal

Los Angeles-based metaverse innovation and entertainment company Infinite Reality has agreed to acquire ReKTGlobal in a US$470m all-stock deal. Based in New York City, ReKTGlobal is an esports and entertainment conglomerate that also has offices in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Charlotte, London, and Berlin. O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal advisor to ReKTGlobal.
