Mergermarket: International Aerospace Coatings acquired by Tiger Infrastructure Partners from Vance Street Capital

Private equity firm Tiger Infrastructure Partners has acquired International Aerospace Coatings, a California-based aviation services firm, from Vance Street Capital. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. O’Melveny & Myers LLP served as legal advisor to Vance Street Capital.
