Florida-based microelectronic company Micross Components, Inc. has acquired the high reliability discrete diodes and assemblies business in Mexico of Semtech Corporation. Semtech, a California-based supplier of high performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors, was advised by O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
