Seven new judicial nominees were announced by President Biden, including deputy assistant attorney general in the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel Bradley Garcia. The veteran appellate lawyer was previously a partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP and would be the first Latino to serve on the US Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
