O’Melveny Recognized as a Leader for Satisfaction, #1 for Tech, in The American Lawyer’s 2021 Midlevel Associates Survey

O’Melveny ranked third out of nearly 80 law firms nationwide in The American Lawyer’s 2021 Midlevel Associates Survey, marking the firm’s seventh consecutive appearance in the top four. The firm also took the #1 spot in the technology portion of the survey for the second year running.

The annual survey measures satisfaction among third-, fourth-, and fifth-year associates across categories that include opportunities for meaningful work, training and guidance, and interaction with partners and other associates. Building off its #1 position in last year’s survey, O’Melveny received high marks in these and other areas, including pro bono, transparency, support of remote work, and technology support.

O’Melveny was recently ranked #1 on The American Lawyer’s “A-List,” which recognizes the “best of the best” law firms through a holistic performance assessment that includes associate satisfaction.
