PE Hub: Blackstone Products to Go Public Via Merger with SPAC Ackrell

Utah-based griddle maker Blackstone Products has agreed to go public with Ackrell SPAC Partners I Co. and will be listed on the NASDAQ under “BLKS.” O’Melveny & Myers LLP serves as legal advisor to Blackstone.
