Rebecca Mermelstein has joined O’Melveny & Myers LLP as a partner in New York in the firm’s White Collar Defense and Corporate Investigations Practice. Mermelstein was co-chief of the General Crimes Unit for the US Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of New York, where she was also part of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force and the Violent and Organized Crime Unit.
