POLITICO: O’Melveny Snags Klain

It was announced on Monday that Ron Klain, former White House chief of staff, will “return home” to O’Melveny as a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, splitting time between Washington, DC and New York. Klain, who was previously an O’Melveny partner from 1999 to 2004, will be a member of the firm’s executive committee and head its Strategic Counseling and Crisis Management Practice. According to O’Melveny, Klain will “advise C-suite executives and boards of directors in complex industries — including technology, healthcare, infrastructure, national security, transportation, and finance.”
